The monthly lease will include the following:

In addition to the above services, you can pay for your phone calls, faxes and use of the printer and photocopier. We also provide a laminating and binding services at an extra cost (which will be added to your monthly invoice).

Your bills will be itemised so you can always see exactly what you are paying for.

The rent is paid in advance and all ancillary charges are in arrears.

If you want we can also provide itemised call logging and charges as well as calling statistics (very useful for call centre operations).

Most importantly you get just one monthly bill for everything.

Our minimum notice period is 2 months.

That’s easy! You pay your rent monthly so if you grow (or shrink) we can offer you more or less office space as needed.

It’s also important to remember that by using our serviced office space you always keep the same postal address and telephone numbers when you move to a different sized office. This ensures that your customers always know where you are and you also don’t have the added expenses of reprinting stationery every time you move!

By using a serviced office you also get the advantage of being able to get more or less office furniture as you need it.

We’re very flexible and our service can change to suit your needs month by month.

Simply drop us an email with the dates, times and for how many people. Our team will check the availability and book it in for you or let you know of alternative options.

If you need to cancel your meeting room booking, please contact us ASAP on 01462 429700 or if you’re based in the serviced office – come down and speak to our reception team. Ideally we would like a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel your meeting room allocation.

If you are a residential client you won’t need to bring any forms of ID or documentation with you. However, if you sign up to become a virtual client you will need to bring photo identification i.e. passport or driving license and documentation showing proof of your address i.e. bank statement, utility bill, etc.

On your arrival on your first day at work – you and your colleagues will all receive a electronic key fob each. This will give you access to the building you are based at and access to your office room. It is important to keep the key fob on you when you leave the building.

If you misplace or lose your key fob it is important to tell a member of the Eastway Enterprise Centre team immediately. We can offer you a replacement key fob (for a one-off fee) to use going forwards. If you find the old key fob, please return the old fob to reception or a member of the Eastway Enterprise Centre team (as you would have been given a replacement one).

The main car park facilities for our clients is just behind the building. If you make the turning into side road that says Waitrose and follow it round, you will see a car park with a ramp to the right. This is the Lairage Car Park that is permitted to be used by our residential clients – to park here you will need to buy a discounted parking permit from us.

The parking permit can be all sorted for you, for the first day you move into the building giving you a hassle free first day!

We do have walk-in services. We have many customers from Hitchin and the local area that use this service. We offer a range of services; printing (black & white and colour), binding, photocopying / scanning, laminating, hot desk facilities, meeting room hire facilities. If you are a residential client your business will receive a unique ‘Dept ID’ number and a ‘Pin’ number. All transaction are linked to your account and you will be invoiced in your monthly bill.

The cost of a serviced office depends upon the number of staff you have.

We offer a wide range of competitively priced fully managed serviced offices and we’re very flexible when it comes to your requirements.

There’s no lease so you can rent an office for just a month however we do offer substantial discounts for longer term rentals.

All our costs are transparent. There are no additional costs for general maintenance, cleaning etc. and there is always someone on hand to help.
